                                             FAST APPLE CAKE



 3  ovos
200 gr açucar
100 gr manteiga
1  iogurte grego (sem açucar)
170 gr farinha
1 pitada de sal
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento
3 maçãs


3 eggs
200g sugar
100g butter
1 Greek yogurt (no sugar)
170 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
3 apples

Descasque as maçãs. Triture uma maçã e meia juntamente com uma colher de chá de canela.
Junte a manteiga e o iogurte na batedeira até ficar uma mistura homogénea.  Incorpore o sal a farinha e o fermento na batedeira. Deite o preparado numa forma  previamente untada com manteiga e farinha. Corte as restantes maçãs em quartos finos, disponha-as sobre o preparado e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 170 ºc durante 30 min, aproximadamente. Deixe arrefecer e desenforme. Acompanhe com chá de menta, uma manta quente e um bom filme.  
 Peel the apples. Mince one and half apple and add a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Add the butter and yogurt in blender until the mixture is homogeneous. Incorporate the salt, the flour and baking powder in the mixer. Pour the prepared in a manner previously greased with butter and flour. Cut the apples into thin quarters, arrange them on the prepared pan and bake for 30 min or so in a preheated oven (170ºc). Let it cool and unmold. Serve with mint tea , a warm blanket and a good movie.
